All local football/netball and soccer leagues postponed until later in the year

 

Australian Pipe Band Championships postponed until April 2021

 

Easter Fairs postponed or scaled down

 

ANZAC Day services cancelled – special broadcast on ANZAC Day morning

Maryborough Golf Club – Now Closed – No golf can be played at all.

 

Maryborough Sports & Leisure Centre – Now Closed

 

Maryborough Men's Shed - Now closed.

 

Maryborough & District Garden Club in recess.

 

Probus Clubs in recess.

 

All local dances cancelled.

 

All pubs & cafes closed – except for those running take away or home delivery services – support our local businesses as they attempt to survive.

 

Essential services still running – supermarkets (with special times for pensioners and essential service works – stop panic buying), banks, medical centres, hospitals (with temperature checks and revised visiting hours) & most public transport

 

Stay at home if you can. Practice good hygiene. More than two is a crowd!

 

Practice social distancing but with a smile or a thumbs up or virtual hug.
